This page explains how to delete your Maidly account and what data is removed or retained after deletion.
How to delete your account
Open your profile inside the app, choose Delete account, and type DELETE to confirm.
What gets deleted
- Core account data.
- Home profile, tasks, rules, and instructions.
- Uploaded photos, files, and attachments stored inside the account.
- Active subscription state and in-app payment references.
What may be retained
- Records required by law or regulation.
- Data needed for fraud prevention or dispute resolution.
- Billing and accounting records when required.
