Processor Inventory
A public summary of the service providers and processors that help Maidly operate the platform.
Infrastructure and authentication providers
- Firebase Authentication for accounts, authentication, and verification.
- Cloud Firestore and Firebase Admin for account, household, task, and privacy request records.
- Firebase / Google Cloud Storage for photos, voice clips, attachments, and media files.
Operational and communication providers
- SMTP or Firebase Trigger Email for privacy request receipts and operational notices.
- Paylink for subscription checkout and invoice references without Maidly storing full card data.
- OneSignal for push notification delivery, with promotional notifications separated from operational notifications.
AI, analytics, and marketing providers
- Google AI / Genkit for AI assistance and translation when voice, image, or text features are used.
- Google Tag Manager and Firebase Analytics for consent-aware analytics.
- Snap Pixel for marketing only after marketing consent.
- Median native bridge for native app functions such as local storage or analytics bridges where available.
Safeguards
- Analytics or marketing tooling is loaded only after the relevant consent choice.
- Purpose, data categories, and safeguards are maintained in docs/processor-inventory.md.
- Processing outside Saudi Arabia is subject to appropriate contractual/security safeguards and counsel review.
