User eligibility
Users must be legally eligible and responsible for accurate account information.
Account responsibilities
Users are responsible for account credentials and activity under their account.
Subscription plan
- Maidly Annual Plan.
- 365 SAR per year.
- Service access starts immediately after successful payment.
- The subscription is manually renewed and does not auto-renew by default.
Acceptable use
The service must be used lawfully and without abuse or unauthorized access.
Household and worker data responsibility
- Users are responsible for entering accurate instructions.
- Users must respect worker rights and local laws.
- Maidly is a management and communication tool, not an employment agency.
AI-generated instructions disclaimer
AI suggestions are supportive only and must be reviewed by the user before use.
Payment terms
Payments are processed securely through a licensed payment provider. Maidly does not store full card details.
Refund and cancellation reference

Limitation of liability
Maidly does not guarantee that every instruction will be executed correctly by the worker and is not liable for indirect damages to the extent permitted by law.
Intellectual property
Platform intellectual property rights remain with Maidly and its licensors.
Account suspension for misuse
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for misuse or terms violations.
