Refund, Cancellation, and Subscription Policy
- Users may request a refund within 7 days of payment if the service has not been actively used or if a technical issue prevents access to paid features and cannot be resolved within a reasonable period.
- Refunds are generally not available after active use of the service, creation of tasks, worker profiles, instructions, or use of paid features, unless there is a material technical issue caused by Maidly.
- Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method where possible.
- Refunds may take 7 to 14 business days depending on the bank or payment provider.
- Cancellation requests can be submitted to support@maidly.cc.
- Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal but does not automatically refund the used period.
